One is the ability of the mind to pass beyond the perceived point of ability and increase the bodies flexibility the other being a structure of breathing that allows for the mind to refocus and energize. While yoga may not be the magic bullet that some perceive it can certainly help and support any persons ongoing strength and conditioning regime by assisting in proper breathing and heart rate control.
