The Winning Drive By George "The Animal"
This video shows the Winning Drive by George "The Animal" Slupski at the 2010 RE/MAX World Long Drive Championships in Mesquite, NV on November 5th. This comes to us from the Long Drivers of America.
In an interview in his home city newspaper, George said,"I had to do something, so I went to a gym in Jupiter, Fla., strictly for golf, the GolfGym Academy. I had my own trainer, Jeff Fronk, who was a trainer for the New York Jets a few years ago."
George went on to say,"I had use of the gym, but they said if you slack off, you're not going to make it,'' he said. "So I intensified my workouts and went there at least three days a week. I got back a lot physically. I owe it all to them.''
